1. Returns
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all our subscription and service purchases. To be eligible for a return:

Unused Minutes: If 50% or less of your hired minutes are unused, you are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase.

Used Credits: If 100% of your credits have been used, you are entitled to a partial refund of 20% of the original purchase price within 30 days.
2. Refund Process

3. Refund Approval
Once we receive your return request, we will inspect and evaluate the eligibility of your return. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
